OIC/HCM Consultant

Overview: 

We’re partnering with an awesome client on an exciting 6-month+ contract opportunity for an OIC + HCM Consultant. This role offers full remote flexibility and the chance to work with cutting-edge Oracle technology in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily, weekly, and weekend support for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fusion HCM applications
• Support Gen2 to Gen3 transition activities and testing
• Assist with Redwood validation and testing
• Contribute to the MuleSoft to OIC migration process
• Perform Business as Usual (BAU) tasks and develop enhancements for OIC and HCM as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve Fusion and OIC functionality and performance issues using ServiceNow ticketing system
• Escalate unresolved issues by opening support tickets with Oracle when vendor intervention is required
• Document all solutions and obtain necessary approvals prior to production deployments

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fusion HCM
• Familiarity with Gen2 to Gen3 migration, Redwood, and MuleSoft integration
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work within a ticket-based support system (ServiceNow preferred)
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
