You will also be responsible for the following tasks:Fill in for the Restaurant General ManagerAssist GM in selecting, coaching, training and developing Team MembersDirect and assign work to Team MembersCreating a positive work environment for team membersExpedite food service and assist with food preparationEnsure high level of guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and a strong food safety environmentPay Rates Starting between: $46,400.00 - $67,235.00 / yearQualificationsAs a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you must have excellent team leadership and customer service skills.
