Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and enterprise application development. The role involves leading development teams, designing scalable architectures, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with cloud platforms and Databricks is a plus and will be considered advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core.
Architect scalable, secure, and high performance solutions following industry best practices.
Provide hands-on technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.
Translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring alignment with architecture guidelines.
Work with microservices, APIs, background services, and modern application frameworks.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, CI/CD processes, and DevOps practices.
Collaborate with QA, product owners, business analysts, and other engineering teams.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement long-term fixes.
Drive adoption of cloud-native development (Azure preferred).
Coordinate development activities across multiple workstreams and ensure timely delivery.
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with:
o C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core
o ASP.NET Core Web API / MVC / Razor
o Object-Oriented Design, SOLID principles, design patterns
Strong experience with RESTful API design, microservices, and middleware components.
Proficiency in SQL Server (stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning).
Experience with Azure Cloud services (App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Storage, Functions, API Management).
Hands-on with CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Experience integrating third party services, authentication frameworks (OAuth, JWT), and security best practices.
