Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of carpentry and handyman tasks, including but not limited to repairs, installations, renovations, and maintenance work. Repair and replace damaged structures, fixtures, furniture, doors, windows, flooring, and other home-related components. Handle tasks such as drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance. Utilize a wide range of hand and power tools, ensuring their proper use and maintenance. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time spent, materials used, and tasks completed. Requirements: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in carpentry and handyman work. Extensive knowledge of various carpentry techniques, tools, and materials. Proficient in repairing and maintaining a wide range of home-related components and systems. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Strong physical stamina and the ability to work long hours as required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and interact with clients. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Adherence to safety protocols and guideline Full Time: 35-40 hrs/week REQUIREMENTS: ~ Valid Driver's License
