Job Description

Responsible for solving overseas warehouse issues, providing real-time feedback on overseas warehouse situations to domestic personnel, and ensuring smooth coordination;
In charge of operational matters such as data entry for goods in the overseas warehouse, distribution, container loading, guiding and communicating with warehouse staff on warehouse operations, producing and updating reports, and organizing and filing documents;
Track the status of order operations to ensure data consistency in the logistics system;
Collect and organize information on international delivery and receipt signatures;
Provide feedback on customer information and handle issues reported from overseas;
Other tasks assigned by leadership.
