What You'll Do:

As a Superintendent / Job Supervisor , you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple swimming pool construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.

Core Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple job sites and manage project timelines from start to completion
Supervise and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and trade partners daily
Perform daily inspections to ensure work quality, jobsite cleanliness, and adherence to plans
Communicate professionally with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams
Complete and submit project checklists and documentation accurately
Identify and proactively solve problems in the field
Ensure job sites comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Travel between multiple job sites daily with efficient routing
Maintain positive team culture and uphold company core values

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of Construction Management experience (Required)
3+ years of Project Management experience (Required)
Pool Industry experience preferred
Strong knowledge of construction processes and problem-solving in the field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage demanding clients professionally
High attention to detail and quality control
Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs., walk uneven terrain, and work outdoors in various conditions
