Description We are looking for an experienced Stibo Developer to join our team in Southern California, for a long-term contract position. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and supporting solutions using Stibo Systems Enterprise Platform, collaborating closely with business teams to translate their requirements into technical specifications. This position will require onsite work four days a week, providing ample opportunities for hands-on contributions to critical projects. Key Responsibilities: + Lead requirements gathering and initial system design with a focus on business workflow processes, Web UI, STEP-side integrations, and complex business rules. + Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications. + Implement and support Product and Customer MDM solutions using Stibo STEP in both cloud and on-prem environments. + Conduct feasibility studies, identify platform gaps, and recommend process improvements. + Understand and document the design and configuration of STEP components, ensuring alignment with business objectives. + Provide expert guidance during the build phase, supporting business and development teams with best practices and advanced STEP functionality. + Support testing efforts by troubleshooting issues and validating solutions. Requirements Qualifications: + 9+ years of experience in IT, including architecture design, development, consulting, and support in cloud and on-prem environments. + 5+ years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP, preferably version 10 or higher. + Strong knowledge of solution architecture frameworks, business process workflows, and integration design standards. + Proficient in data modeling concepts, hierarchies, classifications, workflows, WebUI, integration endpoints, event processors, user management, and STEP admin tools. + Extensive experience with STEP's Business Rules Engine. + Skilled in documenting project details with precision and clarity. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with both onshore and offshore teams. -Preferred Skills: + Experience designing and maintaining enterprise MDM solutions. + Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and future-state planning. + Comfortable participating in team meetings, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communications.
