ABOUT THE ROLE

Expertise in the implementation of material execution, shipping/receiving, and store functions within Honeywell [SBG]. You will engage in the execution and follow up with policies, procedures, and material control systems. You will identify and solve problems in and out of the immediate work area independently and ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements. Build strong relationships to help promote effective communication and support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate shipment dates and delays that may require escalation
• Ensure delivery to site and customer needs
• Develop strong relationships with fellow planners, encourage effective communication
• Provide daily status on critical items to internal stakeholders
• Small-scale project management in support of DC
• Follow established standard work.
• Support clients to solve escalations and achieve metrics
• Continuously improve material management processes to drive better business results

MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Supply Chain experience
• Fluent in English

• Knowledge of and relevant experiences in SAP and other Procurement-related tools

• Strong experience in Materials management
• Knowledge of manufacturing planning processes is desired
• Experience with MRP/ERP Systems
• Ability to lead others and work independently

• Ability to lead process improvements
