Advantra Consulting is seeking a Senior Healthcare Recruiter with deep domain expertise in US healthcare staffing. This role requires a strategic, results-driven professional with a strong network and a history of consistently delivering top-tier clinical and non-clinical talent across diverse healthcare settings. The ideal candidate is self-directed, highly collaborative, and ready to contribute at a leadership level to our growing healthcare staffing vertical.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment for critical healthcare roles including RNs, NPs, Physicians, Therapists, Technicians, and Allied Health Professionals across the United States.
Strategically source high-caliber candidates using advanced sourcing techniques across job boards, internal databases, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
Engage both active and passive talent through personalized outreach and sustained relationship-building.
Collaborate with client partners and internal teams to understand complex staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Drive recruitment marketing initiatives by crafting compelling job postings and promoting them across digital platforms to attract qualified talent.
Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous process improvement across the team.
Maintain an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding while ensuring alignment with client expectations and compliance standards.
10+ years of proven experience in US Healthcare Recruitment -preferably with exposure to both large health systems and niche clinical specialties.
Demonstrated ability to close high-volume, high-priority roles under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
Hands-on experience using leading ATS platforms (e.g., Ceipal, Bullhorn) and CRM tools.
Deep understanding of healthcare compliance, credentialing processes, and state-specific licensure requirements.
A proactive, metrics-driven approach to recruitment with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Prior leadership or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
