We are a growing startup focused on scaling access to behavioral healthcare and are looking for an experienced full-stack engineer who shares our passion for mission-driven work. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining functional and reliable platforms that support clinicians, clients, partners, and internal teams. Your contributions will directly enhance the quality of life for thousands of individuals who rely on our services—work that truly matters.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain both frontend and backend features, ensuring seamless integration across various system components.
Approach all work with empathy, prioritizing security and quality to deliver exceptional experiences.
Innovate within the healthcare software space by embracing experimentation and cutting-edge technology.
Build APIs and integrations to enhance our applications, facilitate partner connections, and support third-party services.
Adapt quickly and effectively to changing priorities as we balance business growth with platform reliability.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, data scientists, behavioral health specialists, and more to achieve shared goals.
Communicate complex ideas clearly and efficiently through technical writing.
What We Expect:
5+ years of software development experience.
A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Backend: Node, Express, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, AWS
