Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for various roles, including sales positions and office personnel. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Responsibilities
+ Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
+ Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
+ Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
+ Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
+ Create and post job advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
+ Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
+ Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
+ Previous experience recruiting for Sales positions is required.
Essential Skills
+ Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a similar industry.
+ Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Previous experience recruiting for Sales positions is required.
+ Written and verbal communication skills.
+ Full cycle recruiting expertise.
+ Customer service skills.
+ Talent acquisition knowledge.
+ Must be on the Pacific Standard Time Zone.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
