As our Retail Merchandising Associate, you will have an active role in the sales and marketing of lottery products on a large scale. This vital role will support the Michigan State Lottery, a highly successful and strategic account for Brightstar.
Brightstar’s breadth and depth of experience in designing, implementing, and operating retail lottery systems is unmatched in the industry. Lotteries trust our systems for their high performance, security, and streamlined operations. Brightstar provides retail lottery systems (managing both draw games and scratch tickets) to 8 of the world’s top 10 lotteries and 16 of the top 25. As our next Retail Merchandising Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales within an assigned territory. It is within that responsibility that you will be asked to:

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $29,120 - $52,458. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
