Our client, a leading organization in the tech industry, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Inclusion & Diversity Operations team supporting the People Accessibility's global vendor program. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong analytical skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Project Coordinator
**Location:** Cupertino, CA (Hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite)
**What's the Job?**
+ Providing project management support for key programs
+ Assisting business program managers with analysis and reporting
+ Interacting and engaging with global vendors
+ Managing administrative tasks such as inventory management, shipping program execution, vendor payments, and virtual event production on Webex
+ Working independently at a remote warehouse on occasion
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights
+ Proficiency in Apple Numbers and Microsoft Excel
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to lift 25 pounds
