Job Description

We are a dentist recruiting company helping two premier private offices that are seeking a pediatric dentist to join their team. These are two private offices that that offer both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.

A full time pediatric dentist could earn 400K per year plus almost 50K in additional benefits package, on a 4 day work week. This includes a very competitive daily guarantee, % of collections, benefits, PTO, 401K with a match and continuing education. They have a wonderful staff as well as great collaboration between the orthodontists and pediatric dentists.

These are very successful offices that has built a stellar reputation for providing excellent patient care. They are located just 30 minutes apart. They have an excellent staff and most have been with them for a long time. There is an excellent opportunity to learn ortho if interested.

The area has many outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, fishing, hunting, water sports and winter sports. They also have excellent schools, a low cost of living and a wonderful community to live in.

The office is busy enough for a full time and productive schedule however they will consider part time as well.

Job Responsibilities:

Assess dental needs of patients and determine appropriate, accurate treatment plans

Communicate to patients/parents to help alleviate any concerns or questions they may have

Communicate and coordinate with team members and management staff on how to best achieve practice goals.

Job Requirements:

Dental degree from an accredited university, DDS/DMD

State Dental Board License

DEA, CPR certificates
