Mechanical Design Engineer (FT/On-Site)

Compensation And Benefits

The salary range for this position is $100k - $150k. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, Sciton provides an opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with matching.

In This Role, You Will

• Design, develop and provide support for new products and products.
• improvements in R&D.
• Develop specifications, drawings, work instructions, reports, and other related documentation.
• Provide testing and documentation to support manufacturing with existing products and new product introduction.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields) required.
• 5-10 years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and hands-on mechanical aptitude.
• Self-starter and ability to work in a team when needed.
• Strong oral and written communication skills as well as project management skills.
• Must be willing to be flexible in job duties and take on added responsibility when necessary.
