They’re seeking a JD/CPA to lead multidisciplinary engagements where financial precision and legal insight intersect. This role is for a professional who can guide major business decisions, handle sensitive investigations, and represent the company in high-stakes scenarios.

  • Partner with internal counsel, finance, compliance, and external advisors on strategic initiatives

Key Qualifications

  • Dual credentials: Active CPA license and Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

  • 5–10 years of combined legal and financial advisory experience (corporate, law firm, or consulting)

  • Expertise in corporate tax law, M&A structuring, or internal investigations

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex legal-financial matters to executive leadership

  • High ethical standards, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset

  • Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and confidence

Why Join?

  • Be a key advisor on corporate deals, financial planning, and legal compliance

  • Work directly with leadership and have a seat at the decision-making table

  • Join a forward-thinking company that values cross-functional expertise

  • Base salary starting at $200K to $350K

  • Growth opportunities into executive, legal, or financial leadership roles
