About the Role:
As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and drive company success.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and performance optimization.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and retention.
Collaborate with leadership to define, develop, and communicate change initiatives that support company growth.
Identify training and development needs and implement solutions that drive business impact.
Analyze HR metrics to assess workforce trends and inform decision-making.
Manage employee relations, providing guidance and resolution strategies to foster a positive work environment.
Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.
Support training and development initiatives in collaboration with corporate learning teams.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on leadership, consulting, operations, or talent development.
Strong ability to influence and coach senior leaders in a corporate or operational setting.
In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Proven experience planning and implementing employee engagement and development initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
Experience in leadership development and training programs is a plus.
Certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification is a plus.
