Overview:


This role supports Fun Town RV’s marketing efforts through design, video production, and merchandising. It involves creating branded content, maintaining visual standards, collaborating across teams, and assisting with events. Requires Adobe Creative Suite skills, strong organization, and occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement digital and retail merchandise campaigns
  • Conduct product and inventory research to inform creative direction
  • Design marketing materials for Fun Town RV events and promotions

Merchandising Standards & Strategy

  • Maintain merchandising standards including sizing, categorization, signage, and planograms
  • Ensure brand consistency across all physical and digital retail assets

Content Creation & Production

  • Edit and produce video content for meetings, events, and brand initiatives
  • Develop digital assets including product pages, social content, and landing pages
  • Present creative concepts internally and externally

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams on website branding, creative strategy, and visual implementation
  • Work closely with the digital and social media teams to support editorial calendars
  • Support the strategy team on creative workflow and process improvements

General Support & Project Assistance

  • Assist in cross-functional projects as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support department and company goals
  • Occasionally travel to events or locations for content capture and support

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of related professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong sense of visual design, branding, and layout across print and digital media.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Physical requirements:

  • Sitting for Extended Periods: Must be able to work at a desk for prolonged periods.
  • Standing and Walking: Occasionally required during events, photoshoots, or meetings.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Must be able to lift up to 25–100 lbs. when transporting materials or event gear.
  • Fine Motor Skills: Required for computer use, digital design work, and handling printed materials.
  • Visual and Auditory Requirements: Clear vision and hearing necessary for reading, editing, and communicating effectively.
  • Speaking and Presenting: Comfortable presenting ideas and designs in meetings or event settings.
  • Driving and Travel: May be required to travel to events or site locations; occasional overnight stays possible.
  • Adaptability: Must be flexible to work in various environments—office, remote, and on-site locations.
