Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Events Assistant to support our events team in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of client and internal events. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and logistics of corporate and promotional events
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution
Maintain event documentation, timelines, and checklists
Support on-site event execution and troubleshooting
Prepare event materials and manage inventory of supplies
Help track event expenses and stay within budget guidelines
Provide post-event reports and feedback for process improvement
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
1+ years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required by event schedules
