Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Events Assistant to support our events team in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of client and internal events. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and logistics of corporate and promotional events

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution

  • Maintain event documentation, timelines, and checklists

  • Support on-site event execution and troubleshooting

  • Prepare event materials and manage inventory of supplies

  • Help track event expenses and stay within budget guidelines

  • Provide post-event reports and feedback for process improvement

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 1+ years of experience in event coordination or administrative support

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required by event schedules
