About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for donors, supporters, and community members at live nonprofit events and advocacy campaigns. Your enthusiasm and empathy will help raise awareness, build lasting relationships, and inspire ongoing involvement with causes that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with community members, donors, and supporters at live outreach events and campaigns

  • Communicate client campaign messages with empathy, clarity, and enthusiasm

  • Build authentic, long-term relationships to encourage sustained support and engagement

  • Collaborate with team members to increase event visibility and impact

  • Represent nonprofit and advocacy organizations with professionalism, authenticity, and integrity
