Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full-time entry level Clinical Nutrition Manager position at Holy Family Manor, a 110-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility with a 14-bed assisted living in Bethlehem, PA. This role is open to new or experienced candidates!

Start with 3 Weeks' Vacation and 3 Personal Days!

Reimbursement for Academy dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal

Money toward continuing education events

Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually

What You'll Do


  • provide compassionate care to skilled nursing and/or rehab residents;
  • consistently meet DOH/state/federal and company standards;
  • serve as an active member of the interdisciplinary team, working closely with nursing & medical staff and attending care conferences as assigned;
  • perform quality improvement initiatives such as test trays, food service audits, and meal rounds; and
  • provide support to assisted living as needed.

What You Bring


  • Registered Dietitian credentials and licensure (LDN) in the state of PA;
  • one year of experience in senior living (preferred);
  • strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • the ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff; and
  • excellent interpersonal skills to make every day a better day for our residents.

Qualifications & Requirements


Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire

Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + Meets eligibility requirements for certification as a Registered Dietitian
