30th St Market & Holey Rollers Donuts in the Paseo district of Oklahoma City is looking for a baker to join our talented and passionate bakery team. We are located at 407 Nw 30th St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, self starter & a team player and is passionate about baking and the details! This position would primarily be focused on early morning bakes and donut frying and glazing. Shifts are 5am-Noon and Weekends are required. Please do not apply if you can not work these hours.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Mix and blend batters and dough
• Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form donuts, cookies, sweet rolls, muffins, and other sweet treats
• Basic knowledge of how to Proof & Bake and Fry
• Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
• Prepare and maintain daily orders and inventory
• Potential to work a cross shift as a cafe cashier when needed
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
• Experience as a Baker required
