Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milwaukee/West Allis. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in managing hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
Assist in training, supervising, and evaluating hotel staff.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor financial performance and assist in budget management.
Implement marketing strategies to enhance hotel visibility and occupancy rates.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in hotel management or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
