Position: Maintenance Technician – Apartment Community
Location: Beaverton, OR
Schedule: Full-time | Immediate Start
Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Tech, you'll play a vital role in keeping residents happy and the property in top shape. Your day-to-day duties will include:
Completing resident work orders in a timely, professional manner
Performing unit turns (make-ready repairs, paint touch-ups, hardware replacements, etc.)
Troubleshooting and repairing basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of common areas and grounds
Reporting any safety hazards or major repair needs to the property manager
Assisting with preventive maintenance and occasional on-call tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Prior maintenance experience in apartment or residential communities
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliance repair
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to jump in when needed
Own basic tools preferred
HVAC certification a plus, but not required
