Common Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant apartment units
Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
Assist or lead daily maintenance operations
Maintain detailed service records and logs
Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For:
HVAC certification (required)
EPA and CPO certifications (preferred)
Experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance
Bilingual in English/Spanish (a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant technical certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO)
