Job Description

Air Combat USA is actively searching for someone to join our team who has been trained by Disney, qualified as a professional pilot, trustworthy, personable, very organized, and who is a strong yet kind leader of people. This position requires the applicant to be very efficient with their time and someone who possesses the ability to reliably deliver excellent results on time every time. Applicant will become the Chief "Fighter" Pilot and Vice President Operations for Air Combat USA, after being properly checked out in the Marchetti SF-260 and becoming familiar with the entire operation. This position is responsible for managing and ensuring that the entire flight department of Air Combat USA operates smoothly and efficiently at all times, by creating and implementing systems to ensure this happens. Applicant is also responsible for attracting new talented cast members to the team, by creating an effective screening process for hiring, training and managing all additional cast members including additional ground support and fighter pilots who will be joining the team as we grow the opertation. This position will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer of Air Combat USA.
