Job Description

Our client, a global financial company, is looking for an Accounting Analyst to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Miami (near the airport). The successful candidate will be highly analytical, possess strong attention to detail, and is fluent in Spanish (read, write, speak).

Role Overview:

• Contract Role: Approx. 8 months
• Pay: $24-25/hr on W2
• Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in person typically Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Execute financial transactions (PO management, reconciliation review, contract/payment term review)
• Assist with analysis and creation of financial reports
• Supporting the monthly financial close process (preparing journal entries, monthly accruals, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related concentration
• 2+ years of corporate accounting experience (experience with the month-end close process is a huge plus)
• Internal controls experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel)
• Fluency in Spanish is required (read, write and speak)
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
